Concession rates apply to community organisations based within the South Gippsland Shire or to residents of the Shire using the space for other than private gain

All rates listed are inclusive of GST and you will receive a tax invoice as part of the booking process

All Hirers must have public liability insurance. You can obtain this insurance via the South Gippsland Shire for a small fee when booking

A bond of $100 (conc) or $200 (corporate or functions) is due prior to the event and will be returned within four weeks minus any surcharges for cleaning if applicable

A fee of 20% of the estimated hiring fee applies to whole hall bookings cancelled within one calendar month of the booking - the committee will hear appeals

The Hirer is responsible for obtaining all necessary licences and permits and making sure that permit conditions are met during the event
